What is a corporate holiday greeting on Say Wishes?
It is a digital holiday card you can send to clients, customers, partners and suppliers. You write a short message, choose a color and copy one link. When someone opens it, they see a closed greeting card tied with a ribbon. They slide the ribbon aside, or just tap it, and the card opens with a soft shimmer. Your message appears inside, signed with your name or your company’s name. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
Why send a card people open?
Holiday emails are easy to skim past. A card that has to be opened asks for a few seconds of attention, and that small moment can feel more memorable. It also looks more personal than a mass mailing, because the message is in a card with your sign-off, not in a block of marketing text. The card stays simple and professional: no pictures of stock Santas, no animated clip art, no sound.
What should I write?
Keep it short, warm and specific. Thank people for something real, such as a project you finished together or a year of working with them. Add one wish for the break and one for the year ahead. Three or four sentences are enough, and the limit is 280 characters, so every word counts. If you work with people of different faiths and cultures, “season’s greetings” or “happy holidays” is a safe opening, and you can still add a personal touch.
- Use a first name when you know it. “Dear Maria” lands better than “Dear client”.
- Say what you appreciate: their trust, their feedback, their patience.
- End on the future: a good rest, a strong new year, a project you look forward to.
Can I send one card to many people?
Yes. The link is the card, so the same link works for everyone. If you want each person to see their own name, make one link per person and put it in a short personal email or message. The recipient field is optional. If you leave it empty, the card says “Dear valued client”.
What does Say Wishes know about my clients?
Nothing. The message lives only inside the link you copy, and Say Wishes does not keep a copy, ask for an email address or tell you who opened it. That also means you will not get open reports. If you need tracking, send the link inside your normal email tool. Avoid putting private details, such as an account number or a contract value, in the message, because anyone who has the link can read it.
When should I send it?
Early to mid December works well for most businesses, because inboxes are quieter than in the last week before the break. Christmas Day 2026 is on Friday, 25 December. If you serve clients who celebrate other holidays, you can send a general greeting at the start of December and a New Year message at the start of January. Because the card plays when it is opened and not when it is sent, there is no wrong day to share it.
